See It Before You Buy provides made-to-order digital room visualisation services. No physical item is shipped.
Cancellation before work starts: Email kimexton@gmail.com with your order number. If we have not started producing your visual concepts, we will cancel and refund your payment in full.
After work starts: Contact us as soon as possible. We will explain what has been completed and discuss an appropriate resolution, including a refund for work we cannot supply. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will offer a refund.
Problems with the service: Tell us what is wrong and give us the chance to assess it. Depending on the issue, a remedy may include correcting or supplying the service again, a partial or full refund, cancellation, or compensation where required by law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy. Services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for a purpose you made known to us where the law applies, and be supplied within a reasonable time where no time was agreed.
