See It Before You Buy provides made-to-order digital room visualisation concepts. Contact: kimexton@gmail.com.
What you buy: Each package page states the number of rooms, type of changes, number of images and included adjustment or revision. Extra rooms, new directions or work outside that scope need a separate quote. No physical item is shipped.
Your brief and photograph: Please provide a clear photo you have the right to use and authorise us to edit for this service. Tell us what may change and what must stay. Avoid including people, personal documents or other sensitive details. We may ask for a clearer photo or clarification before production. We do not publish your room photo or finished concepts in a portfolio without separate permission.
How concepts are made: We use OpenAI’s ChatGPT Business and human review to produce visual options. The concepts are illustrative. Screen colours, lighting, textures, product appearance and dimensions may differ from real materials. Check physical samples, measurements, availability and suitability with the relevant supplier before buying. We do not provide architectural, engineering, construction or planning advice.
Timing and delivery: We deliver your first concepts within two business days after payment and receipt of a usable photo and complete brief. Business days are weekdays excluding Tasmanian public holidays. Revisions are handled separately. If we cannot provide the agreed service or meet a timing requirement you told us about before production starts, contact us to discuss cancellation and a refund. We deliver digital images by email or an agreed download link to the address used for the order.
Changes and problems: The package includes only its stated adjustment or revision. Please contact us if something in the result does not match the agreed brief. We will assess and address the issue in line with our Return and refund policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Photo upload: Shopify orders use Uploadly to attach a photo link to the order. A person with that link may be able to view or download the photo without signing in. Please consider this before uploading and do not share the link. See our Privacy policy for more information.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
